4) Our Services (General Description)
Skigroup helps individuals and groups plan and coordinate travel. Depending on your trip, Services may include trip consultations, quotes, itinerary planning, supplier coordination, and booking support. We may work with third-party travel suppliers such as lodging providers, airlines, transportation providers, activity operators, and insurance providers (collectively, “Suppliers”).
**Important:** Supplier products and services are governed by their own terms, policies, and rules (including cancellation, change, and refund policies). You agree to review and comply with applicable Supplier terms.

5) Quotes, Availability, and Pricing
- Quotes are based on information available at the time they are prepared and may change due to availability, supplier rules, exchange rates, taxes/fees, or other factors outside our control.
- We do our best to present accurate information, but we do not guarantee that all content (including pricing, availability, or descriptions) is error-free.
- If we discover an error, we may correct it and update or cancel a quote or booking as permitted by law.

6) Reservations, Payments, and Fees
A) Reservations
Your reservation may require certain traveler details (e.g., full legal name, date of birth, passport information) as required by Suppliers or government regulations. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of traveler information.
B) Payments (WeTravel / Stripe)
Payments and reservations may be processed through **WeTravel**, with payment processing handled by **Stripe**. When you pay via WeTravel/Stripe, their terms and privacy practices apply. We may receive transaction confirmations and details necessary to support your booking and maintain business records.
C) Taxes, Fees, and Additional Charges
Taxes, resort fees, baggage fees, gratuities, and other charges may be imposed by Suppliers and are typically outside Skigroup’s control. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these additional amounts are your responsibility.

7) Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellations, changes, and refunds are governed by applicable Supplier policies and any terms provided at the time of booking.
If Skigroup charges any separate planning or service fees (if applicable), those fees and any refundability will be disclosed to you in writing at the time of purchase or booking.

8) Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- ensuring traveler names match government IDs and travel documents,
- obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, or other entry requirements,
- complying with airline, hotel, and destination rules,
- arriving on time and following itinerary instructions,
- reviewing and accepting Supplier terms.
Travel involves inherent risks (including weather disruptions, operational changes, and other unforeseen events). You agree that travel plans may change and that flexibility may be required.

9) Travel Insurance (Recommended)
We strongly recommend considering travel insurance to cover certain risks (e.g., cancellations, medical expenses, interruptions, delays), subject to the policy you select. If you decline insurance, you accept responsibility for costs not covered by Suppliers.

10) Intellectual Property
The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, images, design, and other materials) are owned by Skigroup or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or exploit Site content without our prior written permission.

11) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for unlawful purposes,
- interfere with Site security or operation,
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts,
- submit false, misleading, or unauthorized traveler information,
- scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site without permission.
We may suspend or block access if we believe you violated these Terms.

12) Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site may include links to third-party websites or tools (including Supplier websites and booking/payment platforms). We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

13) Disclaimers
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKIGROUP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or legality of Supplier services. Suppliers are responsible for providing the travel services you purchase.

14) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKIGROUP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKIGROUP’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SKIGROUP FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 (WHICHEVER IS GREATER), UNLESS A DIFFERENT LIMIT IS REQUIRED BY LAW.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skigroup and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

17) Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the **State of Colorado**, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
