Pre-trip support

Skigroup.net will provide you with help selling the trip. This help may include providing airfare quotes from different cities, different occupancy options and rates, booking group activities, efficiently and professionally handling payments, etc.

On-location support

Skigroup.net has a collection of professional staff people in a variety of resorts throughout North America. These on-location staff manage pre-trip details, check-in day logistics and are available to group leaders and participants during the trip.

In most locations, skigroup.net staff will greet you at your property at check-in. They will distribute lift tickets, answer questions, and make sure the property check-in goes smoothly.

In many cases, in particular with Denver arrivals, skigroup.net staff will greet you at the airport and
Facilitate the loading of buses to your resort.

Post trip support

Skigroup.net doesn’t disappear after your return. We will help you manage post-trip surveys, any necessary accounting issues (lift ticket or airline refunds, etc.)
